Census - Quebec City voters have the most confidence in Justin Trudeau to get the economy moving again following the pandemic.

During the month of March 2021, StratComTendances conducted a telephone census, i.e. all available telephone numbers in Quebec City were contacted.
The telephone survey asked, "Our economy needs a pandemic recovery plan. Which leader do you trust the most with a concrete, workable plan?"
The results are that 37.71% of Quebec City voters believe that Justin Trudeau of the Liberal Party of Canada is best positioned to stimulate the economy, compared with 31.21% for Erin O'Toole of the Conservative Party of Canada. Yves-François Blanchet of the Bloc Québécois receives 25.15% with only 7.93% undecided. The telephone survey counted 3845 participants.

Considering all the numbers contacted and the high rate of data collected, the margin of error of this study is less than 1%.
