80.6% of the population of the southern suburbs of the greater Quebec City area is in favour of building a 3rd link between the two shores. Only 11.42% are against the project, while a low rate of 7.9% are undecided.

The survey was conducted by StratComTendances Inc. during the week of March 8, 2021. 928 participants decided to give their opinion during the telephone survey

The survey question was precisely the following: "The Quebec government has a project to build a tunnel-3e link between Levis and Quebec City. Do you agree with this project?

The survey was conducted by StratComTendances Inc. during the week of March 8, 2021. 928 participants decided to give their opinion during the telephone survey. 

The margin of error of this survey (the confidence interval) is only 3%, 19 times out of 20, considering the large number of data collected versus the size of the population concerned.
