Poll - Concerns about Chinese interference in the democratic system: Our survey reveals significant results

On February 16, 2023, a survey was conducted to gauge the concerns of Greater Quebec City residents about Chinese interference in our democratic system.

A total of 524 respondents took part in the survey, providing information representative of the Quebec City region.

The results reveal that the majority of respondents are concerned about this issue, with 72.9% answering "Yes". On the other hand, 9.16% of respondents answered "No", indicating a lower level of concern. Finally, 17.94% of respondents said they were "Undecided", showing a section of the public still in the process of forming an opinion on the subject.

The results of this study clearly show that a large majority of the population is concerned about Chinese interference in Canada's democratic system.

It should be noted that this survey has a margin of error of 4% (18 times out of 20), which gives us some confidence in the representativeness of the results.
